Based on my exprience, Singapore banks are much more professional in their behaviour.
They are much more well managed, have a very strong financing support take highly qualified people at work.
While during my time in India, I noticed the banks may not necessarily pay the staff well and because of which not all the staff may be highly qualified.
though in India the people are a lot so may be they are overwhelmed but in any case even Singapore has a lot of walk ins as well.
