 Unnecessary cars are already made and sold to unworthy people

IOT is being misused

Now increase consumption in return for what? Diseases and filth, pollution noise, dirt air, water, bad cholesterol?  

This  FM should retire, these are my views

Should retired people like Biden, Trump, Modi, Putin, Xi continue to work beyond their retirement ages?? My Views

 With people of retirement ages between 68 to 80 being kept continued employment specially at key roles, it will lead to a generations future and being consumed by people who are actually of retirement age and holding key roles. There are no laws to check this????, this is what is going to happen as communism, socialism, capitalism and various forms of "ism" are in force. Black magic will prevail, and a generation will continue to consume another generation's futures. Let's start with retiring key politicians like Biden, Xi, Modi, Putin and others. Else more heart attacks and other forms of destruction will continue for people of a different age like group young children and adults. This is not fair. Retirement ages are meant to be taken seriously. These are purely my views.

The story of moving from a small residential town to a so called Bollywood neighborhood

It was more than 3 decades back when i moved into Vandre (Khar West) suburb which is known as a so called Bollywood suburb, from a small residential town in Sion ( sounds similar to Zion? ) East very close to GTB (Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar). If you don't know the Story of the great Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar, please do read it up Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar - Wikipedia. The great warrior saint whose name is enough to keep all negative entities, energies at bay. To add the Sion Fort nearby was another good sign 

 

So i really felt very safe in that area, it was a nice small residential area with memories where i grew up. Even 3 decades back i had the opportunity to witness many new and old cars (best available cars at that time) around my house as there were many car mechanic and car dressing and car accessories shops . So it was a hidden gem in a way and i was very happy there. 

The idea of moving came up as my father passed off at an early age of mid-forties and my mother was afraid that there were some back magic by one of the persons staying in the small private apartment of 7 flats (not a co-operative society) involved by someone from Gulf family (likely Dubai) who were disliked by everyone in the apartment staying in one of the flats as my father was secretary. So we were influenced into starting the move from Sion Eat at GTB Nagar to the so-called Bollywood suburb in this way.

I was 14 then, just starting my teenage years and was initially caried away by the pomp of the town rarely knowing how the khar town works, as it seemed to be all red roses and lotuses and happy faces and bollywood celebrities bump ups, then as the area was likely witnessing a Bollywood boom and also seemed to be a good residential town by itself. At that age i really did'nt travel that much beyond the beyond the 3-5 lanes of the residential society so little did i understand real estate. A person is technically wrong in not wearing a helmet but in a buylane outside ones house its a fine mechanism and not a law to save peoples life but trouble people. The need to travel around at the dirty corners of the vandre town was not a need and nothing untoward came my way as i never went. 

Little did i realize that half the people living in the new building had some gulf connections, not that all the people from Gulf are bad but at times one experience causes an opinion. Also little did i know that the area though by itself a nice cozy residential corner was surrounded by slums which eventually will have so high political ambitions of growth/redevelopment of slums that it will cause a nuisance in the aura and energy shifts of the small town where i live.

There were residential bungalows around the place with actresses like Tina munim staying just next door at the new Khar area.

Slowly the areas were likely deliberately neglected by the government ( if i am correct there has been a presence of congress, rpi, bjp and shiv sena in my area for the past 3 decades and none of them have done much to make this area much better. Actually, maybe it is just the real estate location which now i am much aware of how to value a true real estate residential area.  

If i am correct though it is under advocate Shellar for the past decade plus (this mla shellar himself has grown a lot politically and is likely the BJP Mumbai president). 

So move from the GTB Nagar then was a peace and there were not many Maharashtrians then and no sign of Muslims and very few Jains in Sion a peaceful though low profile small area to a area close to the slums in the khar east and the railway track on one side and BMC colony on the other side and the whole of slums in the EAST area. FYI, these slums in the east were a witness to fire and kerosene bombs during the Mumbai riots, and now that is a bad past which every one has forgotten and slowly the slum and the east area is being redeveloped.

 

So now i realize that it has become a mess with so many commercial establishments being developed here and the BMC allowing the running of hotel and night establishments and discos beyond midnight at late. It is clearly a way that the governments have neglected this area.

Additionally there are so many commercial establishments that are inv each and every corner of this residential area that riding on a 2 wheeler or walking is not always good, besides that even RTO officers from anywhere will stop you for not wearing a helmet, ( WHat helmet in a bylane where speed cannot go beyond 10 km???? this is just MODI time fine raj.. laws are meant for protecting people and it is really stressful to go in the roads with a helmet just next door or next by lane..  . 

Not only that, the east Kalanager area which was a swamp and a not that high real estate area is now developed into a the financial hub of Mumbai the Mumbai's BKC with apartments selling at over 20 crores is a joke and then the slums in the east and the commercial establishments and hotels area and the BMC colony and the bandh slum it is like another hell box. 

As i understand and know residential real estate i can say how the place where i stay have been ignored by the governments and the all the real estate around has developed even the swamps of Kalan agar, some of the slums of band and some of the slums of Khar East.

I tried to own a property in Singapore for future then but unfortunately time did'nt favour me and i was unable to own it and i had to sell it of. And to my surprise when i had purchase the property i was added into whatsapp groups of some slum people i am not sure why or who added me to those slum Maharashtrian whatsapp groups and what were their intentions. 

Any ways this is what life is, likely it will all change when the place where i live is redeveloped but i would not give it away for peanuts as the builders or some people are trying to do 

Why has gulf based hotelier Raj Shetty of Ramee group so much  successful in this area and continues to do so since 2010, shows the influence of gulf in this small khar town region.

Nothing in wrong whoever prospers but it matters is at whose cost???

Update about Nuclear power

In my view it is time now a must have and should have that india starts to develop nuclear power expertise and capabilities and develop a nuclear power plant for safe use consumption non war consumption at one of the remote island that it may own, if it down not own such a big enough island it should possibly invest in purchasing the same and develop nuclear power capabilities there to eliminate the risk of a scenario like tepco power plantin Japan.

Even under the Congres's authoritarian leadership, this leader priced to be very diplomatic in his works while dealing with the INC,

He did not mix up politics and religion once, thereby keeping the gids away from dirty politics u unlike the current political ruler.

He may have been really diplomatic in his workings so as to handle a  authiratarian party like the cungress and at the same to me carry out his work as a financial reformist who may have laid the foundation of Indian reforms l 

He was not a fame seeker who was looking for credit for any small work that the government may have done.

he did not favour the babus by increasing salary of government officials across the board.

He was not corrupt at all, hw did not take gifts from various celebrities and auctioned it in the name fo charity.

In my view a true prime minister and an ethical leader just like atal bihari vajpayee.

Congress may never find another leader like him soon i think so.

Under the rule of the current BJP, givernemtn agencies along with the BJP are doing whatever they want at their own will

 When Indias PM Modi sends out a WhatsApp message to the whole of India asking what the people of the country want to be in the next session of the BJP government, then it is alright fair and there is nothing wrong to it. Modi and BJP can do that and set policies for the country by asking people.

However, when another party like AAP does the same by way of getting feedback from the businessmen of the alcohol industry and sets policies accordingly then that is wrong, and the party is penalized for the same.

What the difference between the 2? if the ED and CBI state that AAP has taken money for the same then where is the money, what is the proof. And in other way through electoral bonds BJP can raise any sort of donations via Electoral bonds it is alright and there is nothing wring in that,

This purely a matter of my way or highway. Democracy is slowly going first the Singapore way where only 1 party PAP has been the primary party in a democratic setup where only 2 parties are present and eventually it will go to the Peoples Republic of Chinas way of communism, where it will be an open nondemocratic and communist form of government.  

These are my views based on what I notice is currently happening.

Indian Democracy in Turmoil's under BJP. Electoral Bonds AAP arrent and more

 After almost a decade of BJPs rule, it seems like Indian Democracy is in turmoils.

Electoral bonds data showed that BJP had received about half of the electoral bonds of 12,000 crores, through various companies.

AAP has not received any money through corporate bonds, though it is alleged that they had ben involved in some liquor scam. Well is business secrets and trade secrets of selling the licenses at a premium or keeping more profit or taxes is a scam? If so this has been happening in India for decades as most of the licenses were previously sold at a premium.

I neither support the political parties as all of them are corrupt in one way or the other but it is evident that BJP has been involved in open bribery in the form of Electoral Bonds.

After not being able to provide any proofs for the liquor scam or the pharmacy scam for the 2 leaders of the AAP, the center has as usual resorted to ED and police force.

By keeping the Delhi CM's family under house arrest for no reason displays to what extent the BJP is willing to go for power.
