When Modi is the leader, not only government officials ad municipal office holders but even small time co-op society members have started thinking as if they are the owners of the land and not office bearers.
If government officers and municipal officers think that way then it is alright as in India there is a huge population and it is obvious that any one will have a god like feeling of responsible for a large land and building maintenance but i was surprised when i heard that in my society the office bearers started distinguishing between landlords and taenites in parking charges between land lords and tenants ( just because they themselves are office bearers they are doing a partiality so as they have not to pay high parking charges.
