I always wanted to live in a landed single-family home since I had seen the beautiful one in usa or even earlier when we used to go for vacations. I was almost closing to buying one in malaysia/ Singapore but then chose to purchase a flat instead and realize the mistake
I moved to a society 3 decades back in Khar west mubai( there is a khar in pakistan as well..this is not that khar but in Mumbai India)
Little did I know what was I getting into.
Below are my views and out of my personal experience purely.
Since.the past 3 decades society committee members are more interested in troubling others
The primary occupation of most of the inhabitants here then was Baniagiri, so if you u have any thing or not still sell by using energies or fate of the Neighbours, and the n celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi and balance out any karmas by the same via event management
Some people with Neanderthal origins also may have immigrated home back here after we came here and suddenly a fews fate shined immediately by getting a decade long awaited USA citizenship for their entire family.
There is one group of retired hero's, who most of them are 60- 80 plus years of age but still want to be hero and heroines by means of privilege of being society committee member or other representative, .i always respected elders in the past seeing my own blood relations and past family .. my father my grand mother. but these days no one is to be trusted from what is the common experience of the people I have noticed due to mind control and black magic seeing such people I have totally lost my respect for all such groups of people. Stalking people is the worst sin and will be the most punishable in the eyes of God in the deepest of hells for a few generations in my view... Though god knows what will happen when time of judgement or when dharma raj will do the accounts,
Then there is another funny group car people whose intention is not to use cars or scooters but buy or get others cars and scooter and park in the building at various corners. Not only that they will also come and argue and fight when u ask them to park close to their homes and not at there Neighbours homes.
If the vehicle is needed or not that's a different thing. These people are called vehicle heros.
Then there is another group of people who want to become heroes by means of forcefully being event mangers and celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi every September not for the sake of love for god but to prove themselves to try to forcefully balance their dirty karmas for the year.
And such heroes are over 20- 50 years of age and think they are children and play cricket like children in the compound .. god.. they forget that they have out grown their childhood and should not trouble other as if they are children or teenagers. There is public ground close by wonder why they don't play there and play in the building ..society is not bothered to interfere with such mavalis.
The past committee members managed the committee for some time and before retiring gave themselves and their families a gift by selling a part of a society.
Then new batch that came in was worse . Removed a qualified accountant form office and gave the work of accounts to some one who may have never done accounts in their life, I was a felicitated accounting scholar in my college
If fate stealing and accountancy and technology profession theft was not enough, then they recently started to get real estate pmc project management consultants in the society for sake of free property redevelopment project management education ro uneducated memebers thereby stealing again project management knowledge ( I may be a rare few in the world to have held 2 decades of pmp certification ). Height of theft actually in my view beggars were better they do not steal but just ask for money.
How much they pay the watch man and cleaner I don't know. But they have kept their salaries less so that they can control them by paying tips and the watchman will more be inclined to serving personal needs of such tip givers and not in their duty of securing the society
Then there is another group who will get animal food from outside either free to donated and spread the filth noise and poop pollution n the society...
What to talk about real estate business and agents living here, thanks to the high property rates. A few real estate transactions in a year magically makes a real estate agents appetites full and the rest of the year they can spend in trying to explore leisure times and poking in other people's activities or troubling others.
Somehow these agents could not convince any of their own dialect, profession, circle , relation or their relatives or friends to stay here for rent and somehow manage to get people connected to me, i mean what is the probability of a classmate from my master's course living in another part of Mumbai landing up a rental house in my society while i was abroad?? This has to be systematic stalking. This is quite obvious but there may be more which are not so obvious so i cannot state here.
And the Insurance agents living here will quietly come try to sell insurance products when you return from abroad, only to know that once they know your income details and get the bank passbook in the name of insurance selling, bad luck and evil eyes will stick to you forever. and next thing you know they are married to people with origins of a western state. This is how Banias and agents sell your fortune to others in this chor society!!
One does not need to be a qualified teacher here to teach students, even a school dropout can become one by just having a pet farm at home in the residential society, or even better if your family member is into real estate business or a committee member or further if ur family member is a founding committee member then u can also be a principal.
Then there is another group of international heroes, who in the name of security of the society have got a cctv camera installed in the society. but the cameras boldly put out the installation persons contact details, so the mere purpose of security is breached. Not only that these international Heroes take society committee membership and often move around their international countries.
A medical company insurance for the society as a property insurance ??? is the property insurance taken for societys property or for the committee members and their children's health insurance.and to top their 20- 40 year old children will trouble the society people by playing cricket.
How can I miss to talk about ac chor, or air condition Chors, if you put a model of ac they will put it too.
If you would like to put an ac brand and discuss at home about it. Few days later those people have that ac model in their flat. They will get their ac installed or serviced when they themselves are not at home.
Then there is work from Home Heroes who are put in buy the real esate agents of the chor soiety, who rent the apartment5 in the society only to work from home, and these days one does not clearly uderstand how the salary system works as an international night work from home jobs may cost in USD anything from 4 lakh to 50 lakh per year.
If I have to mention the stalking by government like the Indian railways and other government bodies bmc and other national and regional government bodies. that will be a totally another issue and can b have discussed in another topic by itself.
